  1. CONTRACTUAL LIMITATIONS ON TECHNICAL DATA The website uses JavaScript technology. The website shall not be held responsible for any material damages resulting from the use of the website. Furthermore, the user of the website agrees to access the site using recent equipment that is free from viruses and with an up-to-date, latest-generation browser. The Nauveo website is hosted by a service provider within the European Union in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR: No. 2016-679).

The objective is to provide a service that ensures the highest level of accessibility. The hosting provider ensures the continuity of its service 24 hours a day, every day of the year. However, the hosting provider reserves the right to interrupt the hosting service for the shortest possible durations, in particular for maintenance purposes, improvement of its infrastructure, infrastructure failure, or if the services generate traffic that is considered abnormal.

Nauveo and the hosting provider cannot be held responsible for any malfunctioning of the Internet network, telephone lines, or computer and telephony equipment, including network congestion that prevents access to the server.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COUNTERFEITING Nauveo is the owner of intellectual property rights and holds the rights to use all elements accessible on the website, including texts, images, graphics, logos, videos, icons, and sounds. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, or adaptation of all or part of the elements of the website, regardless of the means or process used, is prohibited, unless prior written authorization is obtained from Nauveo.

Any unauthorized use of the website or any of its elements will be considered as counterfeiting and will be pursued in accordance with the provisions of articles L.335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Nauveo acts as the publisher of the website. Nauveo is responsible for the quality and accuracy of the content it publishes.

Nauveo shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages caused to the user's equipment when accessing the Nauveo website, resulting either from the use of equipment that does not meet the specifications mentioned in point 4 or from the occurrence of a bug or incompatibility.

Nauveo shall also not be held liable for any indirect damages (such as loss of market or loss of opportunity) resulting from the use of the Nauveo website. Interactive spaces (possibility to ask questions in the contact space) are available to users. Nauveo reserves the right to remove, without prior notice, any content posted in these spaces that would contravene applicable law in France, in particular the provisions relating to data protection. If necessary, Nauveo also reserves the right to hold the user civilly and/or criminally liable, especially in the event of a message with a racist, insulting, defamatory, or pornographic character, regardless of the medium used (text, photograph, etc.).

  1. MANAGEMENT OF PERSONAL DATA The Client is informed of the regulations concerning marketing communication, the law of June 21, 2014, for confidence in the digital economy, the Data Protection Act of August 6, 2004, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR: No. 2016-679).

7.4 NON-DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA Nauveo prohibits the processing, hosting, or transfer of the collected information on its clients to a country outside the European Union or recognized as "inadequate" by the European Commission without prior notification to the client. However, Nauveo remains free to choose its technical and commercial subcontractors on the condition that they provide sufficient guarantees in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR: No. 2016-679).

Nauveo undertakes to take all necessary precautions to preserve the security of the information and ensure that it is not disclosed to unauthorized persons. However, if an incident impacting the integrity or confidentiality of the client's information is brought to Nauveo's attention, it must promptly inform the client and provide them with the corrective measures taken. Furthermore, Nauveo does not collect any "sensitive data."

The User's Personal Data may be processed by Nauveo's subsidiaries and subcontractors (service providers) solely for the purposes stated in this policy.

Within the scope of their respective roles and for the aforementioned purposes, the main individuals who may have access to Nauveo's User data are primarily the agents of our customer service.

  1. INCIDENT NOTIFICATION Despite the efforts made, no method of transmission over the Internet and no electronic storage method are completely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a security breach, we will notify the affected users so that they can take appropriate measures. No personal user information from the Nauveo website is published, exchanged, transferred, sold, or given to third parties without the user's knowledge. ARTICLE 9.2. INTERNET TAGS

Nauveo may occasionally use Internet tags (also known as "tags," action tags, one-pixel GIFs, transparent GIFs, invisible GIFs, and one-to-one GIFs) and deploy them through a specialized web analytics partner who may be located in a foreign country (and therefore store the corresponding information, including the User's IP address).

These tags are placed in online advertisements that allow users to access the Site and on various pages of the Site.

This technology allows Nauveo to evaluate visitors' responses to the Site and the effectiveness of its actions (e.g., the number of times a page is opened and the information viewed), as well as the User's use of the Site.

The external provider may potentially collect information about visitors to the Site and other websites through these tags, generate reports on Site activity for Nauveo's attention, and provide other services related to the use of the Site and the Internet.

  1. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

Any dispute relating to the use of the Nauveo website is subject to French law. Except where prohibited by law, exclusive jurisdiction is given to the competent courts.
